MESC was founded 1997 by Engineer Mohamed Anwar, as a specialized company providing design and engineering services for mechanical applications such as fire fighting, plumbing and HVAC systems; within the first year company had started trading activities by signing with Patterson Pump Company – USA as an exclusive agent in Egypt.

MESC has grown fast leading the fire fighting and pumps market as supplier and engineering service provider, which encouraged world industry leaders to select MESC to represent and distribute their products; Grundfos Pumps, Grinnell Grooved piping & Mechanical Products, Tyco fire & Building Products (Water Based), Mueller Valves and Fire Hydrants, Kidde Fire Suppressions Systems (GAS Based), CHEMGUARD Foam and Foam Hardware, EDWARDS Fire Alarm, HIGOOD SAPPHIRE COMPACT product range and RSL Aerosols.
