Frans Fluttert

Frans Fluttert is an Associate Professor and Senior Researcher with a robust background in forensic mental health and nursing. They served as a Practice Nurse at ZGT from 1983 to 1987 and later as a Probation Officer for the Dutch Probation Service from 1997 to 2002. Currently, they hold positions as Board Chair at the European Congress on Violence in Clinical Psychiatry and Senior Researcher at FPC Dr. S. van Mesdag, while also lecturing at Høgskolen i Molde since 2011. Fluttert completed a PhD in Health Science at the University of Utrecht and has contributed significantly to the fields of forensic care and risk management.
