With a background in various leadership roles in companies such as Indiana Business Bank and ItWerks Software, Doug has extensive experience in information technology, operations, product management, and financial software development. Doug holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Butler University and a BS in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
