Ryan Barton

Ryan Barton has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Ryan began their career in 2000 as an Engineering Intern at Rose-Hulman Ventures. In 2002, they moved to Home Data Source as a Design Engineer, Embedded Systems. In 2003, they Co-Founded Cetani Corporation, where they served as VP and COO/CTO. During their time at Cetani, they were instrumental in building the company from bootstrapped inception to revenue of $3M annually. Ryan architected and implemented a Ruby on Rails full-stack Web application to quickly expand solution scope and shrink time-to-market. In 2019, Ryan joined CenTrak as Director, Application Engineering; Cetani Principal. During their time at CenTrak, they supported ~40% annual growth of application and services revenue by providing turnkey integrated solutions to customers and the market. Currently, Ryan is a Technical Principal IoT at Mesh Systems.

Ryan Barton has a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, obtained in 2006, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the same institution, obtained in 2001. Ryan has also obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2022, CS50AI: Introduction to Artificial Intelligence with Python from Harvardx on edX in October 2022, MTCNA from MikroTik in July 2017, and MTCWE from MikroTik in July 2017.
