Gordon Hui has a diverse work experience in the fields of technology, insurance, design, and innovation consulting. Starting in 2004, they worked at Peer Insight LLC, where they rose to the position of Senior Vice-President & Partner. During their time there, they focused on design thinking, customer experience, and business model innovation. In 2011, they joined The Hartford as the Assistant Vice-President of Innovation, where they led a team focused on enabling in-market experiments and improving innovation governance.

In 2012, Hui joined Smart Design as the Director of Business Design & Strategy, where they created the Business Design practice and oversaw a team responsible for business strategy and consumer insights. Gordon later became the Vice President of Strategy, driving business development and thought leadership in areas such as business x design, service design, mixed-method user research, and IoT.

Hui also has experience in academia, having served as a Guest Lecturer at The Wharton School from 2014 to 2016.

In 2017, Hui embarked on a new journey at Munich Re, where they joined HSB as the Vice President of Strategic Innovation. In this role, they established the first-ever innovation lead for HSB Group, focusing on commercial insurance Internet of Things (IoT), cyber insurance, and insurtech. Gordon later took on additional responsibilities as the Vice President of IoT Product Management and Applied Technology Solutions Marketing, where they led product vision and strategy for "Sensor Solutions by HSB" and served as the marketing lead for HSB Applied Technology Solutions.

Continuing their career in the technology industry, Hui joined meshify in 2020 as the Head of Product. Currently, they oversee product development and strategy for the organization.

Throughout their career, Hui has demonstrated a strong focus on innovation, strategy, and business development, making him a valuable asset in various industries.
