Will Jones has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and Security. Will started their career at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2012 as a Linux Administrator and Tech Lead for InsurTech. In 2015, they moved to Securus Technologies, where they worked as a Linux Administrator II until 2017. Will then joined IBM as a Site Reliability Engineer for their Cloud division from 2017 to 2018. In the same year, they also worked at HSB - Hartford Steam Boiler as a Sr. Manager in InsurTech. Since 2018, Will has been employed at meshify, where they have held various managerial roles including DevOps Manager, DevOps and Security Manager, and currently serving as the Sr. DevOps and Security Manager.
Will Jones earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications including RHCSA from Red Hat in 2016, Network+ from CompTIA in 2012, and Security+ from CompTIA in 2012.
