Eric (Xiang) Li currently serves as the VP and Head of Engineering at MeshyAI since July 2025. Previously, Eric held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Scale AI from July 2024 to July 2025, focusing on GenAI Quality, including Contributor Quality and Data Quality. Eric gained significant experience at Uber from August 2017 to June 2024, working as a Senior Engineering Manager on UberFreight and UberTransit, and earlier as a Staff Software Engineer. Prior to Uber, Eric worked as a Software Engineer at Facebook, specializing in ads analytics, and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, contributing to equity electronic trading and risk solutions. Eric holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
