Will Beam is currently the Managing Director at Mesirow, where Will oversees acquisitions for the Institutional Real Estate Direct group. Prior to this, Will worked at Magnolia Capital as the Managing Director & Principal, leading the Investments & Business Development team. Before that, Will held various roles at Heitman in real estate investment. Will began their career at Northwestern Mutual Life as a College Agent. Will earned their BSBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
