Mark Neuse

Mark Neuse, PhD, currently serves as a Security Cooperation Plans and Policy Analyst at Mesmo, Inc., providing operational and technical support to the U.S. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Neuse was a Management Analyst at December Group LLC, where responsibilities included technical review and analysis for Army recruitment systems. Neuse holds a PhD in International Development from the University of Reading, with research focused on youth unemployment in Ethiopia, and has extensive experience in military and humanitarian operations, including roles with the U.S. Army and MPRI/L3 Communications. Educational qualifications also include multiple master's degrees in related fields from various institutions, complemented by a strong foundation in political science, history, and criminology.
