Alfred Akowitz is currently the Vice President of Strategic Sales at Meso Scale Discovery, a role they have held since 2014. Prior to this, Alfred served as Regional Director Northeast USA & Canada, and achieved numerous sales awards including multiple entries into the President's Club. Alfred's earlier experience includes work as a Research Scientist at Yale School of Medicine and roles in various sales positions across industry-leading companies such as EG&G Wallac-Perkin Elmer Life Sciences and Cigna Financial Advisors. Alfred is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with an English minor at the University of Connecticut.
