John LaBelle is the Chief Growth Officer at Mesodyne, where they focus on commercializing ultra-high energy-density LightCell™ power generators to enhance the capabilities of small systems. They previously served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army from 2014 to 2019, rising to the rank of Captain and managing logistics for all combat operations in Iraq. John earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to their current role, John worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Moelis & Company from 2021 to 2024.
