Max Warren is the Chief Operating Officer at Message Heard, where they lead the company’s operations and strategy while ensuring excellence across accounts and projects. Previously, Max served as the Director of Business and Commercial Operations and Head of Sales at Message Heard, driving significant growth and managing prestigious commercial partnerships. With earlier experience as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Specialist and a founding member of the hospitality start-up Common Ground London, Max has developed a diverse skill set in business development and recruitment. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Manchester, which they are currently pursuing.
