Peter Duncan is the Founder Director of Message Matters Ltd, a strategic communications agency established in January 2012, and also holds the position of Founder Director at Zero Matters, a consultancy focused on helping organizations transition to net zero since January 2022. Duncan served as the Convenor of the Association for Scottish Public Affairs from December 2019 to December 2024 and was an MP for Galloway & Upper Nithsdale from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Duncan was the Party Chairman of the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party from 2004 to 2007, and Chairman of LIVE BORDERS LIMITED from February 2015 to September 2018. Duncan has also been an Executive Committee Member of PRCA from November 2018 to June 2019 and holds a B Com (Hons) in Industrial Economics & Commerce from The University of Birmingham and an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.
