Kalyan Chellappa

Kalyan Chellappa has extensive IT experience in multi-channel interfaces for customer engagement, including IVR, mobile, web, email, and text. Kalyan currently serves as Director of Solutions Engineering at MessageBroadcast, where Kalyan leads teams in driving strategic initiatives for product creation, enhancement, and integration. Prior to this, Kalyan held positions at GE Security and MDC Systems, specializing in software development and consulting. Chellappa holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.
