Alan Achtenberg

Alan Achtenberg has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Alan is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at MessageGears since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior Java Engineer at Onriva from November 2021 to October 2022, where they contributed to the development of a travel marketplace application. Prior to that, Alan served as a Senior Software Engineer at Sabre Corporation from April 2019 to November 2021, where they played a key role in the development of a Java application for flight operations management. Alan also held the position of Software Developer Contributor at Sabre Corporation from January 2016 to April 2019. Alan began their career as a Software Developer Intern at Sabre Corporation in 2015, where they focused on Java EE development. Alan also gained experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Bench Tree in 2014, specializing in Windows user application development. Alan's early work experience includes serving as a server at Cheddar's Casual Cafe in 2012 and as a crew member at Sonic Drive-In in 2010.

Alan Achtenberg earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University. Alan attended Texas A&M from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a certificate in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) from Lee College, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences, General, from 2010 to 2011.
