Fadi Hanna

Fadi Hanna has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to business solutions, architecture, and project management. Fadi started their career at CHC as a Team Lead, managing development teams for data migration projects. Fadi then worked at Xenos Group Inc. (now OpenText) as a Manager of Integration Services, where they led the development and implementation of customer solutions. At Symcor, Fadi held several managerial positions, overseeing multi-million dollar projects in customer communication services, vendor apps, and client delivery. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Business Solutions & Architecture at Messagepoint, where they lead the team in designing solutions for vertical markets in Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare. Their responsibilities include collaborating with various departments and supporting sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Fadi Hanna completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Experimental Sciences from FRERES DES ECOLES CHRETIENNES MONT-LASALLE in 1992. Fadi then pursued a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology, graduating in 1996. Additionally, Fadi has obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect and courses on cultural sensitivity and bias confrontation.
