Jim MacDonald

Jim MacDonald is a corporate director and CEO with extensive experience in B2B AI and SaaS growth. They served as Chief Marketing Officer at UXP Systems, where they built the company into a leading global software enterprise and earned multiple awards, including Gartner's "Cool Company." Jim held significant roles at various software startups, including Changepoint and Densify, and played a pivotal role in several acquisitions. They currently hold positions as Chief Executive Officer at Manifest Climate and Executive in Residence at Climate Innovation Capital, among other board memberships. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Western Ontario.
