Marina Marchanka

Marina Marchanka, MA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, partnership development, and program evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Messagepoint since December 2023, Marina previously held roles such as Senior Consultant at EY and Partnership Manager at FDM Group. From 2013 to 2017, Marina worked as a Program Officer for the Eurasia Foundation, where responsibilities included overseeing project portfolios, facilitating cross-sector partnerships, conducting policy analysis, and organizing large-scale events. Additional experience includes positions at Transparency International and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in international development and program management consultation.
