Steve Lent

Steve Lent has had a diverse range of roles and experience throughout their career. Steve began their career in 1989 at Hess Engineering, Inc., where they worked as a Tooling Engineer, Project Engineer, and Program Manager. In 2000, they moved to AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where they worked as a Project Engineer and later as a Senior Facilities Engineer. In 2012, they joined Rea Magnet Wire as an Engineering and Maintenance Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Messenger, a position they have held since 2014.
