Brett Larson

Brett Larson is a Shareholder and Chair of the Minneapolis Division at Messerli Kramer. They oversee all business operations of the division, which includes various practice groups such as Corporate and Estate Planning, Banking and Finance, and others. Brett has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate organization, and succession planning, serving as outside general counsel to numerous U.S.-based businesses. Previously, Brett was a Managing Production Editor and Contributing Author for a comprehensive corporate law treatise and has held the position of Attorney at Saliterman & Siefferman.
