Rob Simon has over two decades of experience in IT support and infrastructure. Rob has worked for various companies such as Messina Group Consulting Solutions, HCL Technologies, Mphasis, and NTT DATA Services, providing service desk support for clients like Dairy Management Inc. and Mondelez International. Rob also has experience in network support, application support, and managing IT help desks. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Certificate in Computer Career Program from DePaul University.
