David Patrick is an experienced Senior Delivery Manager currently at the Met Office since July 2023, following a tenure as Delivery Manager at HM Land Registry from January 2018 to July 2023. Prior to this, David served at Ordnance Survey from July 1997 to May 2017 in various roles, including Scrum Master and Test Analyst, where responsibilities included managing teams of software engineers, leading testing efforts for the GOOSE Project, and devising implementation plans. David holds a BSc(Hons) in Business Information Technology from Bournemouth University, obtained between 1991 and 1997, and attended Eastleigh College from 1990 to 1992.
