Dr Saad Ehsan

Dr. Saad Ehsan is a Lead Economist at the Met Office, where they conduct detailed economic assessments of weather events and climate change impacts. Previously, they served as a Research Manager at Buckinghamshire LEP, specializing in labor market and skills analysis, and they co-founded Aitomation, a successful software company honored with the 2017 ATX+Pak Fellowship. Dr. Ehsan earned a PhD in Economics from the University of Birmingham, where they also contributed to research on gender discrimination and COVID-19's impact on the labor market.
