Henry Ford

Henry Ford is a Senior Software DevOps Engineer and AWS Developer at the Met Office, a position held since March 2010, focusing on migrating a legacy Scientific Repository to AWS while implementing Cloud-Native approaches. Additional responsibilities include supporting both external and internal web systems as part of a 24x7 on-call roster, as well as building cloud infrastructure for application deployment. Prior to the Met Office, Henry served as an Electronic Engineer at Electronic Test and Calibration Ltd from May 2000 to March 2010, working in a UKAS accredited calibration facility with expertise in calibrating DC and LF equipment and RF and microwave equipment. Henry's foundational education was completed at Braunton School and Community College between 1993 and 1998.
