Aaron C. is an experienced AI engineering leader currently enhancing wearable devices at Meta since February 2025. Prior to this role, Aaron served as Head of AI and Head of Core Machine Learning at Qualtrics from April 2020 to January 2025, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and driving advancements in AI product development. Aaron's earlier experience includes working as a Senior AI Researcher at Citadel LLC, focusing on AI product ownership for investment strategies, and as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Amazon Web Services, where Aaron led the development of the Comprehend Medical NLP service. Aaron also contributed to fraud detection systems at Amazon as a Machine Learning Scientist. Aaron holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and studied as a Visiting Graduate Student at The University of British Columbia.
