Aaron Do

Aaron Do has built a diverse skill set through various roles in both educational and corporate environments. At San Jose State University, experience as a Resident Advisor and Orientation Leader involved event coordination and guiding new students, alongside roles as a Front Desk Assistant in the Nursing Department and Office Assistant in the Resident Hall's Office, which focused on communication and organization. Transitioning to the corporate sector, Aaron worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Meta, where responsibilities included scheduling interviews and managing candidate experiences, and previously held a similar position at Samsara, excelling in customer service and onboarding. Additional experience as a Technical Sourcer at Anzu Partners involved managing candidate pipelines for technical roles, and a role as Clinic Manager at Uniform Teeth showcased leadership in a clinical setting, with a focus on quality improvement and patient satisfaction. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from San Jose State University.
