Aaron Kushner possesses a diverse background in engineering and management, with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector. Starting as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, Aaron transitioned to various roles in prominent companies such as Oracle, where expertise was gained in system administration and software engineering. Significant contributions at Meta emerged as a Build Engineer, Engineering Manager, and currently as Director of Engineering, leading the 100-person Core Developer Platforms organization. Aaron has a proven track record of enhancing developer efficiency through automation, managing large-scale source control systems, and tackling complex technical challenges. Educational qualifications include a BS in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy and completion of Navy Nuclear Power School.
