Abijit Bej has extensive experience in data engineering and software development, having held significant positions at multiple prominent companies. As a Principal Engineer at DIRECTV, Abijit led Big Data development for analytics and designed scalable applications on Hadoop clusters. Following that role, Abijit contributed as a Software Research Engineer at Ranker and later as a Senior Software Engineer at Apple, focusing on data systems for App Store SearchAds. Abijit further advanced to a Senior Software Engineer role at Netflix, overseeing end-to-end data engineering for product search. Currently, Abijit serves as a Data Engineering Lead at Meta, specializing in intelligence and personalization.
