Acacio Santana

Acacio Santana is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the fintech industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product at Meta Fintech since April 2022, Acacio is focused on shaping the future of finance both on earth and in the metaverse. Before this role, Acacio held multiple Chief Product Officer positions, including at PagSeguro PagBank, where Acacio contributed to a $2.7 billion IPO, and at PicPay, where Acacio redefined product strategy for 60 million users during hypergrowth. Previous roles also include CPO at SumUp, where Acacio pioneered innovative payment solutions for small merchants in Brazil, and Product Specialist at American Express, focusing on payment processing technology. Acacio started the career as an informatics teacher and later founded Great Idea!, advising top Latin American companies on product organization management and scaling.
