Adderlyn Lora has a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources, with experience spanning various prestigious organizations. At The HEINEKEN Company, Adderlyn served as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Field Sales and Corporate functions. Adderlyn transitioned to Meta as a Research (Reality Labs) Recruiter, focusing on strategic talent sourcing within the software engineering sector and mentoring new University Recruiters.
