Aditya Joglekar

Aditya Joglekar is an AI Research Scientist at Meta, involved in the development of Voice AI models as part of the Superintelligence Labs initiative since July 2025. Prior experience includes a Machine Learning Researcher role at PlayAI, where Aditya focused on text-to-speech and spoken dialog models, and an AI Research Engineer position at the Neurability Foundation, designing assistive technologies for neurodivergent users. Academic contributions as a Graduate Researcher at the University of Texas at Dallas included advancements in Speech & Language Technology and a dissertation on team conversational systems. Aditya has previously held roles at Meta, Texas Instruments, and Technology Against ALS, focusing on multi-modal solutions and speech synthesis. Aditya's educational background encompasses a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas, a Master's in Music Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
