Aditya Om

Aditya Om is a Software Engineer at Meta, specializing in low-latency system software architectural designs for the Meta Training and Inference Accelerator. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Platform Software Engineer at Lightmatter, focusing on embedded software architecture for photonics-based AI accelerators, and working as a LiDAR research intern at STMicroelectronics, where Aditya developed proof of concept prototypes for GaN-based solid-state LiDARs. Academic involvement includes roles as a Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at the University of Michigan, along with experience in various engineering internships and leadership positions in student government. Aditya holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor of Technology in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur, and certificates in entrepreneurship from Y Combinator and MIT.
