Adwait Sathe

Adwait Sathe is a seasoned Data Engineer with extensive experience in roles at Meta and other notable companies. At Meta, from September 2021 to December 2024, Adwait served as a Senior Data Engineer within the Superintelligence Lab, focusing on Data Privacy and the data flywheel for Meta AI products, and previously worked as a Data Engineer on Privacy Data Engineering for the Messenger App. Prior to Meta, Adwait gained valuable experience as a Data Engineering Intern at Ahold Delhaize in 2020, contributing to the Business Intelligence and Data Team, and worked at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2016 to October 2019 as a Data Engineer and Junior Data Engineer, where responsibility included handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data and supporting a leading British multinational insurance company. Adwait holds a Master's in Information Systems from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University.
