Agnes Ting

Agnes Ting has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, holding various leadership roles in notable companies. At ByteDance, Agnes served as Benefits Lead for the APAC region and also as a Global Benefits Business Partner from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Agnes was Associate Manager for Compensation and Benefits at Zimmer Biomet and worked as Assistant Manager for HR, Industrial Relations, and Benefits at PSA Singapore. Agnes also held an HR Generalist position at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Currently, Agnes is a Benefits Strategy Program Manager at Meta and previously served as Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Keppel Ltd. Academically, Agnes holds a Bachelor of Business degree focused on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources and Psychology from Singapore Management University, along with 'O' and 'A' level qualifications from Saint Anthony's Canossian Secondary School and Nanyang Junior College, respectively.
