Ajaa Long

Ajaa Long is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Global Director at Meta Business Group since March 2020, Ajaa oversees the company's global marketing strategies. Prior to this role, Ajaa was the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for North America at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., managing marketing, consumer engagement, and creative initiatives for brands including Estée Lauder and AERIN Beauty from February 2019 to March 2020. Ajaa also held the position of Executive Director of Global Marketing at Clinique from May 2014 to January 2019, and progressed through various marketing roles within The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. between 2007 and 2014. Earlier career experience includes sales planning and account management at L'Oréal from 2004 to 2007. Ajaa Long holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Spelman College.
