Cem Akın is an experienced professional currently serving as a Client Solutions Manager at Meta since September 2025. In addition, Cem is the Founder of Tamam Limited, focused on creating and distributing custom GPTs through the GPT Store. With a background that includes roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at AppsFlyer and Netmera, respectively, and as a Senior Growth & Customer Success Manager at Mall IQ, Inc., Cem has effectively managed diverse client portfolios valued at over $2.5 million ARR.
