Alan Duong

Alan Duong possesses extensive experience in data center engineering and design, having held significant leadership roles at major tech companies. At Meta, Alan served as Head of Data Center Design, Engineering & Construction and Global Director of Engineering for Infra Data Centers from January 2020 to March 2025. Prior to this, Alan's tenure at Facebook spanned nearly a decade, encompassing positions such as Global Lead in Strategic Engineering & Design and Global Manager for the Data Center Solutions Group. Alan began his career as an Electrical Engineer at OMB Electrical Engineers, Inc. and moved through various engineering roles, including Lead Data Center Electrical Engineer at Cupertino Electric, Inc. and Electrical Engineer at SmithGroupJJR. Alan Duong holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
