Albert Hamood

Albert Hamood is a highly accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in both industry and academia. At Meta, Albert held various senior positions, including Senior Data Scientist, Staff Data Scientist, and Senior Staff Data Scientist, focusing on pages integrity, misinformation, and content integrity from August 2018 to August 2019. Prior to that, Albert worked as a Data Scientist at Meta and The Honest Company, leveraging diverse tools for business intelligence and machine learning applications. Albert also contributed to academia as an instructor at Brandeis University and as a postdoctoral researcher, developing a specialized database for neuroscience research. Albert earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience with a focus on Quantitative Biology from Brandeis University, following a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
