Alex Pineau is an experienced industrial designer with a diverse background in consumer electronics and product development. Beginning as an Industrial Designer in Research and Development at MX_Mailleux from August 2014 to August 2017, Alex successfully designed and launched two products, including the U400 series frontloader. Following this, a role as Industrial Designer II at Goodwin Hartshorn Ltd from April 2021 to August 2023 involved developing multiple award-winning products. Subsequent positions included Senior Industrial Designer at Status Audio and Industrial Designer at Ant Studio, focusing on air cooling devices. Currently, as a Surface Designer at Meta since June 2024 and briefly at Tactile in early 2024, Alex demonstrates a commitment to innovative design, with experience in ethnographic research for social innovation projects in collaboration with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
