Alex Verni is a skilled Creative Technologist with extensive experience in research and development within the fields of design and technology. Having worked at Design + Technology LAB from September 2020 to February 2025, Alex contributed to innovative projects that merge creativity and technological advancement. Additionally, Alex held the position of Research Team Lead at Synaesthetic Media Lab from January 2022 to February 2025, after initially serving as a Research Assistant there from January 2017 to January 2022. Currently, Alex is a Research Assistant at Meta, starting in February 2025. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in New Media from Toronto Metropolitan University, completed in 2023.
