Alex Yu

Alex Yu has extensive experience in business development and partnerships within the technology sector, with a focus on artificial intelligence, mobile platforms, and wireless communications. From January 2015 to December 2021, Alex served as Sr Director, Global Business Development Lead at Meta, where responsibilities included leading partnerships for emerging platforms. Prior to that, Alex worked at Google as Sr Director/Global Lead AI Business Development, overseeing new business and technology partnerships for the Android ecosystem. Alex's earlier roles included Director of Market Strategy & Business Development at Cisco Systems, where strategies were developed for service providers, as well as venture partnerships focused on wireless technology at Gabriel Venture Partners. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Caltech.
