Alexia (Pey-Shiuan) Tang has a diverse professional background with significant experience in business analysis, marketing strategy, and corporate development. Starting as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from 2007 to 2009, Alexia led teams in operational assessments and data analysis. Subsequent roles included positions at Barclays Investment Bank and UBS, where strategic advisory and organizational transformation were key responsibilities. From 2015 to 2017, Alexia served as a Senior Advisor at Dell Technologies, managing post-merger integrations and global operational strategies. Following tenure at Meta from 2021 to the present, focusing on marketing strategy, Alexia began as an entrepreneur in Taiwan, launching a successful food and beverage chain. Educationally, Alexia holds a Bachelor of Arts from National Chengchi University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
