Alison Hersh Pace possesses extensive experience in video sales, corporate partnerships, and beauty industry management, having held significant roles at Conde Nast and Facebook. Alison served as Executive Director of Video Sales at Conde Nast Entertainment and Executive Corporate Partnership Director at Conde Nast from 2011 to 2015. Following this, Alison held positions at Facebook as Industry Manager for Beauty and later for Retail and Fashion until 2019. Currently, Alison is the Director of NA Luxury & Retail at Meta, starting in 2021. Earlier experience includes account executive roles at Seventeen Magazine, Nickelodeon, and Fitness Magazine. Alison earned a BA in English from the University of Delaware between 1991 and 1995.
