Alyssa Marshall, Ph.D., is an experienced research scientist specializing in industrial and organizational psychology. At Meta, Alyssa currently serves as a People Research Scientist, following a role at the Human Resources Research Organization as a Research Scientist, where responsibilities included managing item development for employee selection programs and leading data analysis for high-stakes testing. Previous positions include work as a Research Assistant at The Institute for Simulation and Training, a Course Development Contractor at Lumerit Education, and various roles at FMI, where Alyssa developed leadership development tools. Alyssa holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Statistics from the University of Central Florida.
