Alyssa Park

Alyssa Park currently serves as a Technical Sourcer on the Core Engineering Team at Meta, focusing on hiring across various platforms including Gen AI and Instagram since January 2025. Previously, Alyssa held the position of Technical Recruiter at Pareto.AI, supporting internal engineering roles and high-volume staffing projects for LLM training programs from August 2024 to January 2025. Alyssa also contributed to Amazon as a Technical Recruiter, leading hiring initiatives for Quality Assurance Engineers and DEI events from October 2021 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes roles at Three Day Rule Matchmaking and It’s Just Lunch, where responsibilities included recruiting and client advisory tasks. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Riverside, earned in January 2015.
