Amit Shukla

Amit Shukla possesses extensive experience in electrical and wireless communications engineering, holding key positions at prominent technology companies. At xG Technology, Amit led a team in developing the first fully mobile VOIP handset. As a Senior Wireless Communications Engineer at ESQUBE, Amit contributed to the design of IEEE 802.11n systems on FPGA. Amit's tenure at Qualcomm included roles as Target Lead for the QCA4020 chipset and participation in the IoT group, while a stint at Cisco involved advancements in Layer 2 protocols for data center switches. Amit's recent positions at Meta have encompassed roles from Senior Engineering Manager to Technical Lead, demonstrating a broad skill set across engineering management and firmware development. Amit also has experience in research, developing a solar-powered sensor network at the Electric Power Research Institute. Amit holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
