Amy Hayes

Amy Hayes has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as the Vice President of People Development at Meta since September 2014. Prior to this role, Amy held various leadership positions at PwC from July 2000 to August 2014, including US Leadership Development Leader, UK Learning and Development Leader, and Human Capital Manager. Amy's early career includes roles as HR Manager at Loomis, Fargo & Co and Human Resources Specialist at Precision Certipro Warehouse. Amy holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from George Mason University.
