Amy Lee is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in UI/UX design and development. At Meta, Amy served as a Staff Software Engineer, focusing on Messenger's accessibility, UI/UX improvements, and the LightSpeed project, which involved a comprehensive rewrite of the Messenger application. In a subsequent role, Amy led the Design System & UX Foundations team within Reality Labs, balancing responsibilities as both a tech lead and manager. Prior to Meta, Amy co-founded 52inc, where Amy was the Lead Developer from May 2010 to August 2018. Currently, Amy continues to integrate innovative design and visual consistency into wearable devices at Meta as a Staff Software Engineer.
