Amy Lin possesses extensive experience in recruitment and leadership within the financial services and technology sectors. Previously serving as Director of Front Office & Fintech at Vantage Search from February 2017 to May 2020, Amy successfully led a team in fostering relationships with Chinese financial firms and worked on key positions in asset management and investment banking. Currently, as a Tech Recruiter at Meta, Amy focuses on hiring for the APAC Reality Lab, enhancing recruitment processes, and optimizing candidate experience. Prior roles include Recruitment Consultant at InfoDrive Solutions and Consultant for the IT Commerce Division at Robert Walters. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems with honors from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.
