Ananth Raghunathan

Ananth Raghunathan possesses extensive experience in the fields of privacy and machine learning. Ananth began a research internship at Microsoft in 2012, followed by a graduate education at Stanford University where a PhD in Computer Science was earned in 2014. Ananth then joined Google, advancing from Research Scientist to Senior Research Scientist from July 2014 to April 2020, contributing to various projects related to privacy for Chrome, Ads, and machine learning, alongside efforts in post-quantum cryptography. Currently, Ananth serves as Staff SWE and Senior Staff SWE at Meta, focusing on technical leadership and the implementation of differential privacy and cryptography in the company's Privacy Infrastructure, enhancing privacy and regulatory compliance. Ananth also holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
